Volunteers are Needed for a Successful Festival
Cruise-In Show Director
In charge at the Fairgrounds, handles registration, Fan Favorite awards, any issues
Cruise-In Parking Directors
2-3 people each day
Fairground Parking
2 Supervising parking team
4-5 people directing attendee parking each day
Festival Parking Team
5-10 people each day, possibly a different organization each day, like the field
hockey team, honor society or an adult club
Bus Drivers / Transportation Team
3-5 each day, rotating shifts
Vendor Hosts / Directors
2 Directors – In charge of getting all Vendors settled into their locations and handling any questions that pop up, directing those helping with set-up and tear-down. Direct Vendors to the special Vendor parking lots.
Booth Set-up and Tear-down Workers
5-7 each day to help Vendors
Signage Team
Place and pick-up event signage
