Judged Art Contest

Enter (or just enjoy) the ART CONTEST for PAINTING and PHOTOGRAPHY!
At the Southern Tier Art Contest in the newly opened Hub on Main Street, view incredible work and passion … and VOTE for The People’s Choice Award! Awards will be given for Best in each Category, and Best in Show. Prizes donated by BLICK Art Materials. Contest submissions will be open during the window of July 13 to August 3, for ages 18 and older.

Student Art Show

All Greater Afton Area/Home School Students up to Grade 12 are encouraged to showcase their schoolwork and hobbies!
Students (or parents) can submit displayable art (including clay projects, paintings, photographs, colored pencil, pen-and-ink sketches, paper Mache, etc.). Submissions are due between August 15-19. For more information Show, email: [email protected] 

Meet the Artists

As you stroll the Main Street in the Village, meet artists painting, crafters crafting, and artisans demonstrating their skills and passion.


The Classics Cruise-In embraces the theme of “looking back at our memories,” with antique cars, tractors and trucks, held at the Afton Fairgrounds. Register your vintage vehicles today! Free to enter and attend!

Music & Entertainment

Each day of the Festival will host three (3) live Bands and a DJ… whatever type of tunes you like… there’s something for everyone!

Children’s Events

First Baptist Church, will be hosting activities in their large parking lot. The Student Art Show will showcase in the Social Hall both days, from 9:00am-4:00pm. Saturday’s fun includes the Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest starting at 9:00am … three shows with Magician David Black … and the Matchbox Derby!
Sunday’s events include Jerry Keebler Balloon Artist for 4 hours.
